AA Jewelers Refund & Exchange Policy

At AA Jewelers, your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand by the superior quality and craftsmanship of every diamond watch, necklace, and piece of jewelry we offer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility Window

  • Standard Return Period: We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within [30] days of the original delivery date.

  • Holiday Extension: [Include this only if applicable: Purchases made between November 1st and December 25th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th of the following year.]

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all merchandise must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Unworn and Undamaged: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition in which you received it, showing absolutely no signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original packaging, including the jewelry box, watch case, and any accompanying documents.

  • Certificates: All diamond certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards must be included. A replacement fee of [$100 - $300] will be deducted from your refund for any missing certificate.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Orders: Any item that has been specially customized, designed, or altered at the customer's request.

  • Engraved/Personalized Items: Jewelry or watches that have been engraved or personalized.

  • Items Marked "Final Sale": Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page or during a clearance event.

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are generally non-refundable unless they are defective upon arrival.
